Greetings, my fiance and I are getting married next in September of next year (2016) . We accidentally ended up with a peacock themed wedding because I fell in love with a dress that had peacock feathers in the design. I suppose a throw back from when we raised peacocks when I was a child. (India Blues) Anyway, we are looking for feathers and would prefer a local source vs ordering on line and not knowing the circumstances surrounding the collection of the feathers. We are looking for approximately 30 – 40 eyes and around 20 – 25 swords (left and right 10 – 12 of each). I don’t know if you would be interested in selling just feathers. I remember having so many we eventually stopped picking them up. Anyway, thank you for any information you would be willing to provide. We would even be willing to gather them ourselves if need be. I miss my birds. Hope you have a great day and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

        Hi Jen,

We would very much like to connect with you. It doesn’t appear that my private emails have been getting through. Could you please email me again? Perhaps include your telephone number so we can speak directly?

I realize the wedding isn’t until next year, but I do have some size requirements. I have found lots of feathers on line, but they are all cut down and look awful! Plus, I am not wishing to use a source that is unknown in how they obtained the feathers.

        Thanks again,

Connie Lyn Kirby and Dennis Huff

Thanx for all your advice. Phylbert is fine, only one tail feather left, but looking forward to spring.

I am interested in purchasing a breeding pair of india blues, or a few chicks, for delivery asap. My india blue peacock is 14 years old, and we would be devastated if there were no longer peafowl on our farm. please respond via email

    thank you

How long is the waiting list? I was interested in Black Copper Marans eggs. I wanted to give them to broody hen rather than incubate them myself.

      Hi Jen,

At the moment our Black Copper Marans are mid-molt so I do not have eggs available but if you would like to contact us via email at jen@loudenfarms.com we can keep you posted on when they do start back up.

      thanks

    Hi,

I am interested in buying some Peafowl hatching eggs. If still available, would you be able to provide the eggs late April (as close as possible to April 30th)? The date is important for me since I might be able to put them in the incubator if I get them much earlier or later.

    Thanks
